Rahim and Eray were excellent througout the process of helping to fix my water-damaged MacBook. I originally took it to the Apple Store downstairs in the mall and they were unable to properly assess the issue (the tech seemed inexperienced), and said any repairs would take up to two weeks. They also made no guarantees on whether the MacBook could be fixed, or whether the data could be migrated in case a repair failed. Not what a customer wants to hear! I then went to Best Buy and they told me pretty much the same thing. After finding The Fix Queens through Google, I spoke with Rahim over the phone and he was very friendly and helpful in offering a diagnostic on site, which required no waiting at all. Eray was able to assess the issue with his colleague over the phone in minutes and both men walked me through the next steps in a fair and reassuring manner. As the MacBook would need to shipped out, they gave an estimate of three to five days (I visited on a Sunday afternoon); to my delight, I was able to get the item back in excellent working condition in less than 48 hours, with the screen, body and keyboard cleaned as well, and at a much more affordable cost than what Apple quoted me. (They even sent me a survey by email with my receipt, and provided a personalized message to my comments.) Thank you Rahim and Eray for your excellent, kind and courteous service, which was much more efficient than Apple's. I will be sure to visit and recommend The Fix Queens to my friends and family for all related needs. I'm glad to have Google to help share this feedback, so that others can discover The Fix the way I did.

The Fix Queens is my go to place to fix cracked screens. First time, I had my iPhone screen replaced. Recently, my HP Spectre screen/ touchscreen cracked. I brought it to The Fix and Alkan ordered an original part from HP for replacement. When the part arrived, I brought my laptop back, and within an hour, my laptop was working again, with original part and exactly the same color- a poseidon blue. Broke my note 10 screen and they had it fixed within 1 hour.. noticed no defects. But following day my screen was making a "sticky" noise. Like the screen wasnt properly glued down. Brought it back and they redid glue for free. Immediately noticed the same issue again so i went back a third time. They reapplied new glue and had me leave the phone for 5 hours while it cured. When i picked it up, it no longer had that noise and all was good in the world again. I overheard them say theyve been testing out a new glue and have been running into this issue a lot.

When it comes to something as important as your cellphone, dont make the mistake i did. Go to a REPUTABLE location and save yourself the headache. Thank you so much to the workers at the Fix for saving my phone today. I'll go out of my way to buy any future phone accessories from this place. Hopefully won't need to come back for any more screen mishaps 🙃 (It was a little tricky finding them since this mall has no maps or directories posted anywhere, but they're on the third floor across from Abercrombie Kids!)
