I initially went to another repair shop to fix my phone's sound, but shortly after, my screen and keyboard stopped working. I then found this repair shop in the mall and decided to give them a shot and I’m so glad I did! My phone feels brand new again! The guy in the front Meut ( I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong ) , was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. He assured me that my phone would be fixed, and he even pointed out that the other shop had damaged something inside my phone. I really appreciated his honesty. Had cracked my screen a while back and got it fixed at a different place where they used a cheap screen and ended up making my screen heat up and battery life go down, then I dropped my phone recently and the cheap screen had lines through it to where I could not use the phone at all! Set up and appointment with Apple (no Apple care) dumb I know they tell me we cannot replace your screen as the phone can’t be put in the heater (bullshit) told me they could exchange the phone for the same one $5-600, I said no I owe that much to pay the phone off I’ll just go to Verizon and upgrade I get to Verizon which was in the same mall the guy was actually cool at Verizon and says why don’t you take it across the hall to (The Fix) we know the guy and he might be able to help you, so I did told the guy my problem and that I had gone to Apple he said yeah they don’t want to fix the screen even though they can they want to charge you for a new phone, he tells me we can try to fix this, he told me there were actually 7 different levels of screen with the best 7 being Apple at almost $500 he had 3 in stock different levels I told him give me the best one you have in stock and he put in on for me 25 minutes he had it done phone worked perfect and still does no overheating screen, and my battery life is back to normal and for cheaper than the cheap screen I had originally replaced it with that overheated! This place is legit and I highly recommend it to anyone he is honest, works fast, gives you warrantee, and is very nice guy, very professional go see him!
