Amazing amazing service! Very helpful in minutes!!

I would say I received good customer service from this store. I was first having issues with my screen being cracked by my 3 year old, then another issue occurred and the guy at this store definitely helped out until all the issues I was having was resolved. I even think I went pass the time frame as to when you can bring phone back if there is any issues. And I would say he did not make a fuss or give me any issues. Some places have bad customer service and think of customers last. But I feel like I found a spot I can feel comfortable sending a friend or family knowing they would be well taken care of if any issues would arise with their own electronics.

This is my go to for all of my electronics. Amazing service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Excellent Phone Repair Store. The staff working is very friendly, knowledgeable and co-operative. My iPhone Air broke the very next week as I bought it. Dropped it shattered the screen. The Fix Team fixed my phone within 15 minutes while I waited and I got my privacy screen. Never been more happier. 11/10 service Highly Recommended.

My kids are always cracking their phone screens and I come here EVERY TIME!! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the cost isn't going to give you a heart attack and they're easy to find in the mall. They have saved the day more than a few times and I hope they stick around for a long time!!

I reccommend this place very highly. I was quoted a high price by a competitor. I then went to The Fix and, the store manager told me the competitor assessment of repair was not accurate. She tells me the truth and the phone can be fixed at 75% less. Wow. Honest, kind, supportive. I was happy I found The Fix who saved my phone for pennies on the dollar. I am lucky I did not use the dishonest competitor. I felt it was my obligation to help others who's phone needs repairs. Go to The fix...they are honest, very qualified and inexpensive.
