Incredibly reliable service! I have gone to them for diagnostics and repairs for two separate phones. They always have the parts I need and their rates for repair are reasonable. I was even offered tea and chocolate while I waited for them to fix my phone's lightning port on short notice a few weeks ago.

First, I give the customer service 5 Stars. They replaced a cracked iPhone screen for us right in front of us in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, a few weeks later they had to redo the repair because the first screen was faulty and intermittently key presses wouldn't register. They replaced their first screen without any problems or fuss. So far, the second screen works as expected. If I could I would deduct 1/2 a star due to the first replacement screen being faulty, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring them another phone to fix. Also their prices are better than most places!

I'll keep coming back!! Love this place 2 days back to back.

They are very honest and will not tell you to fix a screen if phone or iPad is beyond repair. I brought an iPad and my 2 phones here. No issues.

I bring all of my phones here. I’ve also brought my daughters IPad they do a good job.
