Great store; 10/10 customer service always

This is the only Phone and iPad repair store which is open till 10pm😳 I was so glad to find them in Annapolis that late.. Very friendly and efficient team with reasonable and affordable price. Definitely recommend this place to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice Shop! Nice Fix! I was having a problem with my iPhone charging port for quite some time. The guy there fixed it in just 5 minutes and did not try to push me into spending more or give a false diagnosis that would have led to unnecessary expenses. Quite reliable for me. 🙂

The store is very well organized, which makes it fun and easy to browse. Everywhere you look, there’s something interesting to discover. The prices are reasonable, and the selection feels different from what you usually find at nearby stores. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out—you might end up finding something you didn’t know you needed. I’ll definitely be going back to explore more of what they have!

Wow. I've been to many repairs stores in my time, but Prashaya at The Fix, apart from being super convenient location-wise, was super helpful. I got a macbook air (2020) broken screen replaced; via text we negoitated timing and price (which was super reasonable - cheap enough for me to consider not doing it myself!) and it was fixed, *perfectly*, a day early - which was great, as it was an urgent job which other repairs places either couldn't do at all or would have taken significantly longer. I highly recommend Prashaya's shop (The Fix) for any laptop or phone repair - I will certainly be going there for future issues... 6 stars!

I was in town when my phone suddenly died. I searched online and found that it was quite late, around 11 PM. To my surprise, the fix arrived at my hotel lobby and fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes. It was incredible how they managed to do this while all the other repair shops were closed. They were incredibly skilled and efficient. They deserve all the five-star ratings and love they receive from customers. They truly saved my life because I had a flight to catch the next morning.
