I got my iPhone 17 Pro Max repair here. It was late night around 10 PM everything was closed and they’re were the only open late night, they fixed it in 10 mins and the quality of the parts and customer service very professional , as good as Apple Store. I watched Netflix while he fixed my phone

I stopped in randomly after first walking by. While inside, I asked if he’d be able to fix my grandson’s tablet. I didn’t have it with me, but based on what I thought the damage was, he felt certain he could help. I apologize I don’t recall his name 😅. Noticing I had no protection on my phone (I.e. case, screen protector), he offered me some suggestions. My phone is nearly 2 years old and in great shape and I have declined so many offers previously, but I actually loved his recommendations and the process were good so I purchased. After installation, he took great care to make sure the privacy screen was the right one and didn’t obstruct my camera. I returned with my grandson’s tablet the next day, but it turns out he hadn’t heeded my warning not to take it on the bath with him, so there wasn’t much saving it. Despite the effort he put into trying to dry it and clear out whatever else my grandson had in the charging port, he didn’t charge me anything since we couldn’t fix. When I am ready to replace my grandson’s tablet, I will purchase from The Fix in Annapolis on Main St.

Wow. I've been to many repairs stores in my time, but Prashaya at The Fix, apart from being super convenient location-wise, was super helpful. I got a macbook air (2020) broken screen replaced; via text we negoitated timing and price (which was super reasonable - cheap enough for me to consider not doing it myself!) and it was fixed, *perfectly*, a day early - which was great, as it was an urgent job which other repairs places either couldn't do at all or would have taken significantly longer. I highly recommend Prashaya's shop (The Fix) for any laptop or phone repair - I will certainly be going there for future issues... 6 stars!
