The Fix in Montgomery Mall is amazing. Alkan repaired my water damaged iPhone after the Apple Store said it could not. Apple said I'd have to buy a replacement phone for $300. This company was not only dishonest with me about being the correct store that I was looking for, but they also had made my phone worse than it was before handing it over to them. After I had realize that I was not at the correct company, I found the store 'The Fix' and they repaired my phone as good as new. I'm very pleased.

Man, where would I be without The FIX? I was in town for my company's conference, and managed to drop my tablet on the concrete floor. The screen cracked, and I needed the tablet for a meeting's presentation later that week. I brought it in to The FIX, and the folks there were super friendly and efficient, no BS! Roger and Syndi at the Fix in Montgomery Mall were AMAZING! After spending 4 hours in the Apple store being lied to, etc, I went to The Fix. They were professional, courteous, knowledgable, and proved their expertise in what the were doing. Roger opened the device in front of me (not behind a back room) and revealed to me where the Apple store had not only damaged my device, but they lied about parts. Roger put it together, was totally honest, and can't begin to explain how satisfied I was with the services. I will never go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

I'd been having charging issues with my Samsung note 8 for a couple months and had been putting off having it evaluated. I went to one of the other places in the montgomery mall and they told me the phone didn't charge at all. I knew that wasn't true and walked to the tmobile store to confirm that the phone charged as it did before...sporadic...but it charged. That made it difficult for me to trust them. Based on that, I walked up to "The Fix" on the second floor. When I described the issue, they thoroughly examined the phone and determined that the port was clogged with ....wait for it....pocket lint. They did a thorough cleaning for a minimal fee. I loved that everyone in the store was pleasant and based on this experience I felt I could trust them. They could have easily replaced the port and charged a fee and I would have likely never known the difference. I'll come back here for my repair and purchase needs going forward!

I went over there yesterday, and they fixed my phone, brand new screen, in less than 10 mins. She did it right in front of me, and it cost me about half of what UBIF wanted.
