I had tried to get a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S10 Edge at a repair shop across the parking lot, but he didn't have the battery and said he couldn't order it. He also didn't seem interested in telling me that I could order it myself and then he could install it. So I looked elsewhere. Enter Sal at The Fix, inside the Walmart at I45 and SH242 in The Woodlands. Such a wonderful experience! Totally different from my first repair try. I had ordered the necessary battery and Sal said he could install it in less than half an hour, and I was welcome to watch. I watched and asked lots of questions, which he very patiently and cheerfully answered. Besides a perfectly repaired phone, which looked like new and had a new screen protector (free of charge), I came away knowing that he really loved what he does and he cares about the quality of his work. He's a master and an artist all in one. He's meticulous about details, and I'll be taking all my future repairs to him. Such a thoughtful and caring man. I wish the world had more like him. If you want repairs (phones, tablets, computers, laptops, etc.) that are fast, reasonably-priced, and done in a caring and detail-oriented manner, then do yourself a favor and take your business here. And then tell all your friends.
