There was a bit of confusion on the phone but they were able to replace my charging port at an agreed-upon price over the phone and replaced a bad battery I got to see for myself the puffed up squishy battery when they opened the phone I've seen phone batteries before so I know it's not a lie I will say the audio jack stopped working but downloading a offline use app with audio and making it play noises with earbuds plugged in fixed it so it wasn't damaged or put together incorrectly the new hardware just needed something to force the software to work again
