One moment my Samsung A32 5G was safe in my hand, and the next, it met the concrete with a sickening crack. The screen was a tragic spiderweb of shattered glass, and panic set in as I thought about my lost photos and trapped messages. Hoping for a miracle, I went to The Fix tech repair counter inside Walmart and met Zee. He didn't even flinch when I slid the mangled phone across the glass. He calmly inspected the damage and told me to give him an hour. I nervously killed time wandering the aisles, but when I returned, Zee was peeling the protective film off a brand-new screen. The phone looked absolutely flawless-not a single scratch, perfectly sealed, and all my data was completely intact. He handled the whole repair beautifully.
