I came in for the back of my phone being cracked. The guy explained to me that my battery was swelling causing the crack and would continue to crack without replacing the battery. They were able to replace the battery and the back within 30-40 minutes and had great customer service.

My 14pro back camera was completely shattered after I dropped it and was not able to use it unless I used .5 for so long.
