I'm fine with that now, but there still should be a schedule or a warning stating no repairs after a specific time. Lastly, all the staff members that day I came in, especially Arslan, were great. Regarding the Apple Watch (series 6) that was fixed back in 2023, I unfortunately broke it AGAIN 6 months later, but this time, it was waterlogged, making the damages more permanent. I didn't want to fix this again because I thought it wasn't worth it, so I bought a new Apple Watch (series 9) now that I bought after I broke my previous one, and it still works to this day. Overall, this store has drastically improved now, and I will be returning once more if something breaks again. The store has 1 or 2 people onsite every day which I don’t think that is enough for a lot of customers wanting to get their devices repaired. Cheap store maybe? The store prioritizes device repairs and sales instead of hiring enough respectful staff which at this point could be a violation of the Maryland Labor laws. This store discriminates against people racially, according to some reviews (i was not one of them, so good for me i guess). This is NOT how life in this nation works today. Additionally, this store prohibits people from checking up on their device during repair. In December 2023, 30 minutes into my Apple watch screen repair, Fesih, a device repair specialist, wouldn’t let me check up on how my repair is going without yelling at me very rudely by telling me to not disrupt him or he will throw the watch back at me without refund. I was going to see how the repair was going but apparently we can’t do that?!? What if my watch broke during the repair? Would I not be able to check up on it? Regardless if he did throw it back at me or not, I would've reported this to human resources or the BBB because this is NOT how staff should treat customers. Additionally, while this company advertises that there are trusted experts for you to fix your device, I don’t see this being right… This store also discriminates against customers by not doing repairs an hour before closing. Some of us have jobs and schedules we can’t take off during the week. If we want to fix a device shouldn’t there be a schedule for when they can be repaired? Lastly, the only good thing about this store is Atilla, because he is a very nice and fair person. I'm also glad that despite of all this, my watch screen has been replaced and has worked ever since. If I wanted to repair my devices, either I would find another store, or waste my own time repairing it myself, because this is not the place to do it. Good riddance.

After the service, I looked up the nearest Apple Store and went there. I had made an appointment, but they told me the screen needed replacing and quoted a price of $345. Maria optimized professionalism & care in every single aspect of our engagement (and for someone who works directly in customer service, I was completely floored by my experience). Not only did she provide me with an overview of the product offerings, but made specific recommendations based on my personal needs and more importantly, NEVER pressured me to buy. Once I selected the products/services I wanted to purchase, she performed the reattachment (my phone case had completely shattered), and even went so far to clean the back end of my phone to ensure that my new case wouldn't be damaged. I'd been having charging issues with my Samsung note 8 for a couple months and had been putting off having it evaluated. I went to one of the other places in the montgomery mall and they told me the phone didn't charge at all. I knew that wasn't true and walked to the tmobile store to confirm that the phone charged as it did before...sporadic...but it charged. That made it difficult for me to trust them. Based on that, I walked up to "The Fix" on the second floor. When I described the issue, they thoroughly examined the phone and determined that the port was clogged with ....wait for it....pocket lint. They did a thorough cleaning for a minimal fee. I loved that everyone in the store was pleasant and based on this experience I felt I could trust them. They could have easily replaced the port and charged a fee and I would have likely never known the difference. I'll come back here for my repair and purchase needs going forward!

I went over there yesterday, and they fixed my phone, brand new screen, in less than 10 mins. She did it right in front of me, and it cost me about half of what UBIF wanted. I strongly recommend this place if you need to get your phone repaired. Nice folks. Fast and affordable. Great experience!

Man, where would I be without The FIX? I was in town for my company's conference, and managed to drop my tablet on the concrete floor. The screen cracked, and I needed the tablet for a meeting's presentation later that week. I brought it in to The FIX, and the folks there were super friendly and efficient, no BS! They had that screen repaired in no time, looking brand new again. I highly recommend these guys!

This place is awesome. My husband and I were walk ins wanting to get our screen protectors replaced. Not only did they do an excellent and fast job replacing our screen protectors, but they also did a thorough cleaning of our phones while we waited. Our phones look brand new ! Roger and Syndi at the Fix in Montgomery Mall were AMAZING! After spending 4 hours in the Apple store being lied to, etc, I went to The Fix. They were professional, courteous, knowledgable, and proved their expertise in what the were doing. Roger opened the device in front of me (not behind a back room) and revealed to me where the Apple store had not only damaged my device, but they lied about parts. Roger put it together, was totally honest, and can't begin to explain how satisfied I was with the services. I will never go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

They were very helpful and quick repairing my screen. Something was off when they returned it but as soon as I told them, they were very receptive and changed it again. They went through tests until they were sure the phone was working perfectly.

I can’t believe how well they repaired my iPhone 6. I was having so many problems with it. I tried going to so many different stores, and the fix is the only one who could help. I would come here if any of my devices are broken.

My experience today at the Fix Solutions store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda MD was the most horrible and frustrating than I have ever seen in any stores I have done business with in America by one of the two associates who were working at the store around 4 pm. I went there today because on February 12, 2924 my iPhone 11 had fallen down and screen broken. While in at the Mall after I had bought a new iPhone 15 at the Apple Store, I saw the sign for repairing broken phones at the Fix. I walked in and the guy working there on that day was very courteous. He replaced the screen and Protection cover. I spent about $130 to have everything fixed. I went home happy that st least I would still Keep my iPhone 11. However Later that evening while at home, I realized the phone light and camera were not working. I could take a Selfie but the camera wouldn’t take photos at the back. That’s why I went back to Fix Solutions let them know hoping that they would gladly look at the matter. I found two guys. The one who was very rude and disrespectful said they had nothing to do with the camera since they fixed only the screen. I humbly requested them to look and see what happened to the phone because I was there when the guy opened it to remove the contract the back. That guy who claimed to be the Manager/Technician told me I needed to move outbofvthecdtire and return after one hour because he was working with another phone and there could because if I stood there. He told me he would call the Mall Security to report/arrest me if I didn’t move out. He treated me as a criminal. I didn’t have much choice but to walk out and returned after exactly one hour. He said he wanted to help me because I was Rude and he couldn’t understand my English. He walked out of theatre and left me there., The guy embarrassed and frustrated me. I don’t know what to say of such an employee. Evening Even if he were the business of the company, that’s not how any customer should be treated because of color, race, understanding or speaking of English language. It will take me a long time to recover from my shock of a possible arrest just because I needed a service that’s as equal to The money that I paid Fix Solutions Company.
