I went in for a quote on an iPhone 6 battery, and they were cheaper than everywhere else I went. I automatically took the deal. Then they offered me an extra month of warranty at no charge for accepting their services. They also gave me a deal to fix my screen cuz it was cracked. They did my screen and battery together for $105, and they were done in literally 10-15 minutes, and my phone is flawless! They were quick, and offered great service. I'm definitely going back for future services if needed!

THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN THE MALL FOR PHONES, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got my cracked screen fixed and a case. It was quick too. An employee named CHRIS helped us out sooooo much!

Took in my Samsung Galaxy Tab A for a problem with my SD card reader. Told me the card reader was broken and that they could replace it for $90 +tax. Thought this was more than reasonable, as my tablet retails for $200 new. They had to order the part and I paid 1/2 the total cost as a deposit and would pay the rest once the part came in and I got it replaced. The repair itself took longer than expected, although it was not the fault of the store. The company they ordered the part from had sent the wrong part for my tablet, so they had to send it back and get the right part. Once the part arrived, it took a day for it to be repaired and now, my memory card slot works as it should. I was offered a free item for my inconvenience, so I took them up on this and got a free screen protector for my tablet. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and I thought the price was fair. I would come back here if my tablet/phone needed repairs.

The fix came in clutch, i went to a cell phone fix down the road to get my screen fixed and they tried charging me $239. So i see The Fix and they replaced it for even cheaper than that and they got it done in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this place. 10/10

Awesome place. I went to 3 other places before I found The Fix. They were the only place that agreed to fix my Motorola. My warranty expired one month before the charging port decided to break. Anyway, apparently nobody likes to fix Motorola. But they did! Very nice staff and great work. The part took a little while to come in but i didn't care. Price was very reasonable. They saved me from having to buy a brand new phone. Thank you The Fix! Will be recommending you for sure!

I self installed a so called OEM battery. Phone did not power up. Brought in my Asus Zenfone 2. Kevin examined it and diagnosed the battery as not OEM. However, he got the battery to plug in. It powered up!! Awesome job at a reasonable price.

Came to fix my camera to this guys on my Note 5. They run a quick diagnostics on it, but it didn’t show the problem right away. They explained to me that they will need to keep the phone for 30 minuets, so can tell me the exact problem. They gave me a call in 20 minuets and Ralf me that it was just a connector that pupped out and it was fixed without any change. I appreciate their honest to a customer that has no clue what could be the problem! Extremely positive and nice stuff! Will come back to this place. Recommend to everyone to go and get their free diagnostics over there!

Best place to get your phone fixed. DO NOT TRY THE KIOSK IN THE LOWER LEVEL THEY WILL SCAM YOU, they told me it was unifixable and i had to buy a new phone and then proceeded to try and sell me one. Friendly staff, honors their products If you have an Apple Product, replace screen with Apple. The Chinese screens are cheaper but will have one issue after another

They have really low prices on phone fixtures and are very informative on their products they sell and how to install. The best part is that they're very fast. The only downside is that they might not have a certain part you need but once it's in it takes minutes to get it repaired.

My experience was great Ms. Buse only took 15mins and my phone was fast she was cool and young.

My wife needed a front and back replacement and The Fix was the best price overall. They had to order the parts but received them the following day but we returned the next week. The fix it the same day with good quality. My wife then broke her phone following week they where very kind and gave me a discount and fix it again with the same quality and in a timely manner again. I highly recommend.

Had to get a screen replaced on an older Galaxy phone, and Cesar was able to get it done quickly. Great service. Quick turnaround. I love that the price was reasonable and they make sure things are done right. GO HERE FIRST. The small booths in the middle of the mall aisles wanted to charge me $50-75 more than what Cesar quoted me. Highly recommend.

They have a shop right outside of Nordstrom Rack. The man at the kiosk was very quick and thorough in replacing my cracked phone. And the charge was only $100 to replace my iPhone screen. Took less than fifteen minutes, and who knows how long the wait would’ve been at the Apple store.

I had a cracked screen and battery replaced. I used the kiosk in front of Zara at the Willowbrook mall. The phone was repaired in front of me. Very skillful and quick technicians. So far my phone is good as new. I found the price very reasonable.

The best “The Fix” at the mall is the actual store next to Xfinity. They always take Care of me and do a great job and quality with reasonable prices. I don’t know about the other the fix stands but this is the only location I trust my phones with. I brought a few phones here and they magically to bring them to life .
