I brought in my 7th generation iPad, which I had almost decided to throw away after Apple quoted me $350 for a repair. At that price, I figured I might as well buy a newer model. Thankfully, I decided to take it to The Fix instead, and I’m so glad I did. The technician was extremely helpful and offered a reasonable price to diagnose whether the issue was the battery or the charging port. It turned out to be the battery, and the total cost was only $109. They returned it to me in mint condition! I’m very satisfied with the service and only wish I had known about The Fix months ago. I highly recommend them to anyone needing iPad repairs! Oh and the icing on the cake - he didn’t charge me taxes and gave me a flat rate! Thank you, The Fix!

. my first encounter with him was satisfying the people that were very nice. When I first went in. They gave me a great deal for two devices one being an iPhone and the other being iPad. I had a little bit of a issue as my Wi-Fi did not work once the repair was done and my iPhone 13 had a little glitch, but at the end of the day they were able to resolve all the issues and fix the problems so I’m satisfied with the results. They seem like good people and people that want to help the community with the repairs. Took my son's 14 Plus for the back cover replacement, quoted a good price which was inline with others I have talked to. We were going to watch a movie and it was repaired during that time. He reported a possible battery issue, but since I am going to trade it in, I decided not to. Work looks good and I cannot complain on the low price. 5-Star it is.
