Elan was so nice, explained everything he was going to do and he had my battery and screen replaced in under 40 minutes. The back of my purple 14 pro max including some parts of my camera was cracked but thankfully I found “ The Fix- Tech Repair in Walmart Redding “ They got straight to work and ordered the parts for my phone , it took 2 days for the parts come in and only 2 hours to fix !! my phone looks like a brand new one as if I had just got the phone yesterday. The prices are also very decent and they are negotiable. I went to Best Buy and they tried to charge me over 500 which is outrageous considering the fact that my phone wasn’t in severe damage. Would most definitely recommend going to The Fix- Tech Repair in Walmart Redding for any electronic repairs. I forgot to take a before picture but my top left camera was cracked including the opposite side of the camera all the way down till my apple logo but this is what the aftermath looks like , I’m very happy with the results !!
