Aside from finding moisture inside, they spent quite a bit of time trying to troubleshoot it including trying a new battery, screen, etc. Ended up being the charging port. Didn't try to upsell me. Price reasonable and did it within 2 hours, just dropped it off and picked it up great condition the tablet is working well it’s been about 2 weeks. The guy also explains well on the usage of when to turn it off and give it time to rest for preserving the battery life for my tablet. The guy that helped me was Suat prounounced (swat) but overall great guy

5 stars to this place ! I brought in a terribly cracked IPad and Suat fixed it within the hour for a reasonable price! I highly recommend this shop!! Everywhere else is charging about $200-$400 dollars with additional diagnostics cost. Suat knows what he’s doing, and didn’t charge any extra hidden fees!

01/08/2026 I was looking for a quality computer repair/clean business that is reputable and puts out quality work, this place is that place. I reached out to The Fix over the phone and described my problem (spilt liquid onto computer, causing issues with keyboard keys and just causing me worry if there was internal damage), the technician assured me would do his best to check it out and see what he could do. It was an hour drive but i felt assured it was worth the while. When I got there, he was kind and professional, let me know the estimated time, and when I came back to get my laptop, the keyboard keys and touchpad were fixed, he also cleaned the outside(it was sticky and just nasty). I believe his name was John. John went above and beyond, I recommend anyone looking for A+ service to go here. This business will benefit from keeping him there and I hope they take care of him.

How to start why I am giving 5 stats. I called around for help and the qoute I from place around me was more than my phone was worth. However I have important data in my phone I needed so I needed it fixed. I got a good price from a kiosk in Visalia Mall but I would give them 1 star due to the fact I was Highly disappointed. Across the kiosk I saw "The Fix" and spoke to 1 person. The price was a little more, however the price was duable. The following day I worked with someone else (I lost the card with their names so I deeply apologize and will update later with both name's) and he helped me. He was able do the job quickly while helping other people. The kiosk saw me and gave me back my sim-card they forgot to put back (plus I failed to notice was missing), while (name to be updated) working on my phone was talking to other guest. Work was done in 20-25 minutes plus working with other guest (the kiosk guy was still on his phone waiting for guest). A 7 star on service, A 4 star on price, A 10 star on work done on your device. Will I send referrals, I'll let you finish reading and go in to find out yourselves.
