Ugur had super transparent pricing and should have charged us more money for how foolish we were not to check the charging port (it was probably dirty from me going to a Korean barbecue and letting a grain of rice get wedged inside of that charging port). Ugur only charged us the flat $25 diagnostic. He cleaned the charging port, charged the phone and we were good to go in less than 30 mins. It is so refreshing to see someone so honest and dedicated to their craft. UGUR is a rarity. He gave me a very good price and was able to complete the repair within 45 mins. He even added a screen protector. Highly recommend this cell phone repair shop!
