Then today, it popped loose again., so I stopped in again for a repair. Not only did they repair it quickly, but they did it at no charge! Frisco needs more stores, and customer service, like this!

Highly recommended. I dropped my MS Surface Pro and cracked the screen. Microsoft said the fix would be $500 and it would take 5 weeks. On a fluke, I took it to the Fix. They repaired if for $250. It took about a week. I was not going to do a review until I used the repaired surface pro for at least 6 months. It has been 9 months and it works perfectly.

I had the back glass replaced on my phone and they did a fantastic job. I went in looking like I had a Metro PCS phone that I found in a parking lot, and walked out looking like I had an AT&T phone that I stole out of some rich ladies Chanel bag. 10/10 would totally recommend.

I visited this store for the first time 2 weeks ago to have a new battery installed on my Macbook Pro laptop. As that was a business laptop, I was hesitant but the turnaround time at the Apple Store was too long so I decided to give this company a try. They ended up doing an excellent job and their pricing was reasonable. While I hadn't initially gone into the store for this purpose, I also had them replace my iphone battery. Both are working great. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went into the store and asked to get my iPhone battery replaced. The gentlemen working said he could do it right away and to give him 15 minutes to complete it. I asked for the price and said $50 which is the same as Best Buy would charge. Only difference you don’t have to wait a week to get an appointment. I had my iPhone battery replaced and immediately saw the improvement in my phone not only from a battery standpoint but also performance. They also offer a 90 day warranty on the battery. If you have an iPhone 6s Plus like I do, simply replacing your battery will allow the phone to keep on going for another year or two depending on how well you take care of your phone. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased an insurance policy for my phone when I got it 18 months ago. I cracked my screen recently and the insurance company sent me here to get it repaired. They estimated it would take about 2 hours so I took my son out into the mall while we waited. After 2 hours we returned and my phone was as good as new. They had some great deals in store on used cell phones and had a large selection of cases for various models. It was a nice store and I was very happy with the guy who assisted me.

AMAZING! I went about two weeks ago and the owner was incredibly nice and fixed my horribly shattered phone in 25 minutes or less. He even let me use his phone to make a call without hesitation! You can either wait in store and shop around and come back. He was interesting and fun to talk with. I had to go back today because the lighting was a little off and he fixed it without even asking questions. The customer service is amazing and the price is even better! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Best place to get your phone screen repaired. Have note 10 plus called in night before saying was cracked. They picked up part for me that night, came in next day & waited 30 min for install. I called around to who knows how many places and these guys were competitive. They were not the cheapest out there but they use quality parts vs cheap and again they were very competitive. Worked with owner and is family owned business. Hopefully wont crack my phone again but I do have to handsy little boys so if this happens again will be back again to them for sure. Dont look elsewhere, go see these guys they are quick, honest and great customer service.

I took my ipad for repair (it had water damage) , they almost fixed it and provided 3 months warranty but unfortunately after 2 days the ipad stopped working , they tried again but when it did not work they refunded full payment . The battery in my LG v40 ThinQ was starting to bulge to the point where the back of the phone was peeling away from the rest of the device. My wife wanted to go shopping in Stonebriar mall so I figured there was probably at least one cell repair shop there. Sure enough I came across The Fix on the lower level next to Dillards. I was helped by Annaad who was able to replace the internal battery quickly and for a reasonable price. Within 15 min my phone was good as new! Next time I need repairs on a phone or similar device, I will definitely return to The Fix!
