They did a good job

Quality customer service they are very nice 👍🏻

Took literally 10 minutes for them to do. They were great and my screen looks fantastic

Polite, experienced, and honest service. The only part that wasn't "great" was actually due to FedEx haha (which wasn't their fault -- as they even showed me the tracking number info, etc.). I've now recommended this place to people I know and wanting to do the same for anyone else who might read this. From my experience this week, they truly deserve their high rating.

Awesome folks! I brought my wife’s phone after it stopped working due to water and heat exposure but the team immediately plugged in to their system and phone came to life. They didnt charge any money for it and were very graceful! They seem to be the experts around as when I took it to the apple store they refused to fix and tried to have me buy a new phone. Definitely recommend this place for any electronics issues with phone laptop or tablets.

I had an amazing experience at TheFix! Two years ago, I bought an iPhone 13 for my father, but he never opened it until recently. When he finally did, the phone wouldn’t turn on or charge at all. I took it to the Apple Store, and they told me the only solution was to pay $450 for a replacement since they didn’t know how to fix it. Best Buy gave me the same response. Then, I brought it to StoreTheFix, and they immediately diagnosed the issue for free. The technician knew exactly what was wrong—it was just a battery problem! He asked if I was okay with the repair, he replaced the battery. Now the phone works perfectly! This place is incredible—they know more than both Apple and Best Buy when it comes to fixing iPhones. If you need a repair, don’t waste your time elsewhere—go to TheFix! Highly recommended!
