A piece of my headphone broke off and got stuck in the headphone jack of my mac book pro. I went everywhere to get it fixed and no one could help. I went to The Fix at Town east mall, mesquite to fix my new samsung galaxy. I was referred by my co-worker as its a newly opened location under new administration and the guys working there are certified techs. To my surprise the store was amazing and the Tech was so friendly, professional and he knows what he is doing. Explained everything in detail about the repair and the phone was ready in 20-25 min. I was waiting when the Tech was working on my phone. When asked him how long he was doing the repair, he started when he was 13 years by opening his own gaming device and now he is a certified tech and repairs any electronic devices. My phone fell off my car and got ran over multiple times and my screen wouldn’t unlock because the pins inside were broken and he was able to fix every single thing that was broken.
