Chris offered to service my note 8 for free.. i just saved myself 60 bucks because i only trust 1 screen protector brand(whitestone dome note 8). Chris manages the shop and he REALLY does put the customer first for his reputation. This is what i look for as a customer. I gotta say i rarely go to repair shops because i take good care of my phone, this is the first repair shop and will be the only place i will go to from now on. I dropped my iPad while I was up on a ladder installing a security camera. The glass front completely shattered. Originally I went to Best Buy and was quoted $250 and it wouldn't be ready for a week or two because they would send it to Apple. I thought I might as well replace it for that price, but I hadn't had any issues with my iPad aside from glass on the screen, so I decided to call The Fix and they quoted me $96 and it would be done either the same day or the next day. I got my iPad back that evening about an hour before the mall closed. I think it took maybe 5 hours because he had done repairs ahead of mine. I haven't had any issues since. The screen feels like it might be a little thicker, there is a deeper recess to press the home button, but it doesn't bother me. If I didn't tell you though, you wouldn't be able to tell the screen was replaced. Now I can hopefully use my iPad for a couple more years.

My apologies this is so late, life gets away from you ^w^ but I owe this place quite a bit. I brought in a Huawei P20 pro, which is not a phone available in America. The battery and screen needed replacing. They were both extremely kind, explained what they were doing thoroughly, and when the battery repair caused issues with the old screen my 2nd visit was free. All they asked for was a nice review (which, again, sorry this is late) I can't recommend The Fix enough. Feels like it's run by real professionals who know their stuff.

AMAZING, HELPFUL STORE! My phone screen had a UV glue that attached the tempered glass to the screen that I bought from Amazon. Because the product had 24k positive reviews, I thought it would be great! It cracked within a week. When I tried to remove it, it splintered and glass went into my eye. The workers, David and Jacob, worked to remove that stupid glass from my phone. They didn't charge me for removal, and I bought a new screen which they installed for me. My phone is better than new! These guys are kind and professional. 10/10 highly recommend!
