I walked in and explained to Jon my problem I had with my iPad charger port and that the metal cover of my charger was lodged in there and within 2 seconds he took it right out. Didn’t charge me for anything after I kept insisting! I was super grateful seeing as how apple wanted to try to make me pay for a new one which was $300 just the day prior!!!! Thank you Jon! My phone wasn't charging good and took it to the Fix and they repaired my phone in 5 minutes. For free! Then they gave me a referral I need. They Fix !!!

Honest business center. I had my screen replaced by them & about 3 weeks later I come back because I thought my screen had broken again. The man was very helpful & took the time to address my phone on the spot. And it later turn out that issue was nothing that the battery had been completely drained & needed time to charge. He even tested another screen to make sure the another screen was not issue. Even cleaned the charging port & gave me a screen protector. In the end he charged me nothing. He could have made some story up about how a component needed replaced but he insisted on finding the properly solution & only charging for when a repair was absolutely needed. Honest man, I would recommend this place.

Dropped my Samsung note 10+ off for a back plate replacement.... The gentleman did a solid job. To my surprise, they went above and beyond the expected job. My phone stopped vibrating do to a fall. They managed to fix that issue without me even bringing it up to the attendant. These guys know what they are doing and provide a proffesional service!

So I accidentally dropped my phone at Work and it was very upsetting until one day I took a a trip to the Montclair mall. I came across the fix and was very curious if they could help me out with my situation. The guys there are great they gave me a reasonable price for a back screen fix and included a free charging port cleanse. These are the guys to come to whenever you need a fixing on an iPhone. My iPhone is finally fixed and with the whole COVID happening I’m still glad to have my phone.

Came into the store to fix an iPad Mini that I hadn’t been able to use for a while. The guys there were very professional while being friendly at the same time. We were able to get a quote on the spot for FREE. Other places wanted a $35 service fee just to tell me what was wrong. It ended up being an LCD replacement and the manager Ben did it himself in under an hour. Quick service and I got to shop around in the mall while they fixed that bad boy up. Fair prices, great people, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Came in yesterday after doing some research about brick and mortar shops that fix phone and tablet screens. The Fix appeared to have the best reviews based on cost and quality. They did not disappoint. Came in without calling with a tablet that needed a screen replacement. Price was reasonable as I have seen higher prices elsewhere. Completed the screen replacement quickly - - Only an hour. Easy to burn through that time in a mall. Got the tablet back and it looked great! Will definitely come back if I ever need their services.
