The fix at Ontario mills is by far the best place to get your phone fixed. My iPhone 15 pro max was completely blacked out after I had dropped and cracked the screen. I couldn't find a place to fix my Microsoft surface, nobody wanted to touch it, my only option was sending it to Microsoft, so I decided to ask them, they said, sure we'll take care of it. I needed a screen protector for my phone, I was debating getting it online but then I didn’t think I could install it to my liking (perfectly) so I stopped by this store on one of my strolls in the mall. And let me tell you! I’m glad I came here, awesome prices and they install the cover for me and I couldn’t be happier. While I was there I saw them fix someone’s speaker on their phone within a few minutes. I’m definitely coming back to buy some a phone case or fix my phone if it ever needs fixing.

Replaced my IPhone 8 battery in 15 minutes! Battery has a 1 year guarantee! I was actually thinking of buying a kit online and doing it myself. After watching the tech replace the battery I’m so glad I didn’t try that. It was only an extra $20 over the kit price to have him do it. So worth it.

I d give this place 5 stars no problem. I very been having a lot of problems with my iPad lately. One day I woke up and it wouldn't turn on. I was turned away by many "repair shops" telling me it couldn't be fixed or gave me an unreasonable price. Eric at The FIX told me it was a chip called Tristar causing the problem and that it needed to be replaced. It took him about couple hours to fix it and my iPad is working great, and the price was reasonable. Great customer service, now I know where to come!

Excellent customer service here, they did not have the screen for my OnePlus 7t phone, but did that stop Eric? No, it didn't. He ordered the screen, and about a day later, I got a text on my work phone saying the repair was completed. Please see the attached picture; that's what a wonderful phone screen looks like! These guys are legit people - I never write reviews, but these guys deserved it. Bestbuy said I had to send it back to Samsung - so I searched around and found these guys and Called them up. They gave me an estimate, took my tablet in and had it inspected for $35 - they called me up and told me what was wrong (water Damage in the charging port), gave me the price to fix and 2 days later it was done and it working great again and they gave me the broken piece to prove that it was replaced. Service was great, numbers were reasonable (Total came to $153 - much better then $500 for a new one). Highly recommend these guy for these types of repairs.

Saved our smartphone that's relatively new. Second phone was heating up when charging, even smelled like it's burning. They also repaired it in an hour or so on a Sunday. Our phones glass and display were both damaged. They fixed the phone and it works perfectly. Their service was pretty quick.

We came in with a Scuf PlayStation controller and we didn’t know they don’t work on these because they’re all after market modifications. Alex tried to work on it and it didn’t work out. We ran into new issues with it when we left and brought it back today. Alex totally acknowledged and explained it all to us and the owner came to an agreement with us. Overall yeah definitely know now where to take it but the 5 stars are specifically for Alex. He was so kind and helpful and patient even after we came back. He remained calm and explained everything to us. I hope no repercussions fall on him because he truly seems like a great employee and a good human being. I was ready to leave every one star review possible but with Alex talking with me and the boss making amends I believe Alex deserves the 5 stars. Lessons learned, thank you for being you Alex!

I tried to fix my iPhone 11 screen my self with YouTube and parts form amazon, I was Way wrong!! Instead I had a broke phone with -$40 in my pocket and looking at over $450+ for an upgrade. I went to The Fix in the mall and before I could walk the full circle of stores my phone was fixed and working better then ever and at an affordable price. I will no long go anywhere else, and hopefully not for awhile I will definitely be back.
