Great place....great customer service.....super duper fast turn around. 1. Had another latch added to gold bracelet. 2. Had wifes earring loops soldered shut as part of earring fell off. 3. Had ring engraved for a wedding. 4. Lightly Polished my wedding ring white gold. 5 Mr. Edmund fixed my wifes watch on the spot latch didn't properly close and opened too easily. Great help from Mr. Edmund, Eddie, and Miss Virginia. I think we all have a bit broken jewelry that needs a little love for it to come back to life The FIX is the place to do that. I drove 20 minutes just to go there and would gladly drive 40 if i had to. Thanx again

Great business! I came for a new case for my iPad. It’s a rather old model, and while there was a good amount of colorful, super protective cases for kids, there wasn’t much selection for adult type cases for my particular model. While in the store I noticed and abundance of merchandise for so many different brands and models of various technology to suit any need at a reasonable price. This place also does repairs in store as well 👍🏼 The man who works here is very kind and has a nice demeanor, which is always a pleasure to encounter whilst shopping. Initially I purchased the wrong size case for my iPad (at a discounted price!) and noticed when I got home, but the next day I brought it in along with my iPad in hopes to exchange for the correct size. The man was very understanding and exchanged the case for one that truly fit, did not charge me any extra for the new case, AND also installed it for me!! To top it all off, he was very patient with my toddler that was with me, doing what toddlers do and asking a million questions while we were in the store 😂😅

Went into The Fix with what I thought was a broken screen but the employee was truthful about it was only the screen protector that was cracked. Saving me $300 dollars. If you need to have your mobile device repaired go to The Fix.

The FIX was fast and habip explained what was needed, the price was great compared to the alternative. My phone has been working great since I had my screen replaced and a new screen protector put on. Hopefully my kids don't break my screen again but if they do at least I know where to take my phone!!

Very fast, good service, cheaper than Apple Store. Apple Store wanted me to wait 45 min just to talk to someone. Then another couple hours to fix it. These guys had me fixed before I would have even had a chance to talk to someone at Apple Store. If your out of warranty, this is your best choice.
