Mom needed a new screen protector. The tech was very friendly and professional. He figured out which screen protector was good and put it on very quickly. Mom was impressed with the quality and speed of work.

The Fix has been more than affordable helpful. With the kiosk and as well as the store both in Paramus Mark. The associates were efficient and fair with pricing. Thank God for this place, I am impressed by the excellent service. I am not a tech person so I don’t saved any information or photos so I was very worried and sad about losing all my information. I dropped the phone between the car door and when I closed it, I crushed the phone, the frame and the screen was broken. The guy fix it in less than an hour, left it like new. I can say that the price seems very fair to me. He could even charge more because he was too efficient. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service! Even better, they’re HONEST service. I came in with what I thought was a cracked screen. I had forgotten I had a screen protecter. When the owner looked at my phone he pointed out that the only problem was a cracked protector, not cracked glass. So instead of paying $120 to $180 for a new glass cover, I paid $28 for a new screen protector. He could have charged me fur the more expensive repair and I wouldn’t have known. Saved me $150. He’s earned a loyal customer! I will always come here in the future. It’s nice to know there are still honest people on the world!

Previously, I paid $200 just to replace the screen and battery on my iPhone at another place. I very very rarely feel the need to review places but this is one. Had an issue with my iPhone screen where it was popping out, he took it apart in front of me explained the issue was to do with the display separating from the screen and that he could glue it but that could run the risk of breaking the display. He then explained that I could simply get a new case that grips the screen down (the store is full of cases, I wonder if it will be one of those) he walked over grabbed one explained that this is the type of case that would work but understood clear is an ugly color and that’s all he had. I said “do you have any others (mind you place is wall to wall with the things)?” He said he didn’t so I asked him how much I owed him, he shrugged his shoulders and said “don’t worry about it, I didn’t do anything” I insisted and gave him a few bucks for the advice. Some might say “Oh well that was the plan all along” , wrong, he could have ripped the screen out of my phone and charged me whatever, he could have pushed another case on me claiming it would work knowing it wouldn’t and made a sale, instead he was kind, considerate and generous. I would advise others to go here, the man truly cares about strangers and isn’t in it to make a short term sale. Thank you sir ❤️

Couldn’t be happier with the service here. Alpay was great! Originally went to UBreakIfix and was quoted over $400 for a screen repair and the job wouldn’t be done for several days. These guys are great. Went out of their way to pick up my phone screen(twice because I gave them the wrong model) and repaired the screen. They had a little trouble replacing the screen due to water damage but were still able to get it fixed, in a very timely manner might I add.

When I took my water damaged iPhone 14 pro max to them I had low expectation, I assumed it was a long shot and I would likely never get my information and photos back. Within 6 hours they were able to extract my photos, notes and contacts. They were very friendly, professional, cost conscious and were reasonably priced (came in at what they estimated before hand). I am extremely happy with the effort they put in, the results and the price I paid for their services.

I took my phone to The Fix in the Paramus Park Mall to get my back glass repaired. Originally I called other places but these guys were by far the best. They took my phone around noon and I had it back within a couple hours for a great price. They did a phenomenal job; my phone looked like it just came fresh out the Apple store. I accidentally broke my Galaxy S20 plus screen and really did not want to buy a new phone and have to transfer everything over. I called The Fix and spoke to Alpay who told me to bring it right over which I did. He said it would take about 90 minutes. 70 minutes later it was fixed and better than new! I can't belive how clear my screen is and how well it functions. I had got so used to my original screen which had scratches and cracks. I feel like I got a brand new phone! By the way he used original Samsung parts not aftermarket, was reasonably priced and I am 100% pleased. The store does have a good selection of cases too. If you need a repair this is the place to go. You will not be sorry!

I will continue to choose The Fix in Paramus Park for my device repair needs. ORIGINAL (2023): They were able to replace my iPhone screen in 15 minutes while I walked around the Paramus Park mall. Great service. The man that was working was very polite and professional.

Needed a screen replaced ASAP. First I went to UBreakIFix, but they didn't have my screen in stock and said I would have to wait until the next afternoon. I can't survive a full day without my phone, so I went to the Paramus Park mall and Sam at The FIX also didn't have my screen, but he said he would get someone to go to the distributor and get one and come back. Within 3 hours my screen was replaced. Now, the screen that was installed worked, but was defective. The fingerprint scanner wouldn't work, but everything else worked fine. I came back the next day and they replaced the screen at no additional charge. I would use them again...but hopefully this doesn't happen again!
