What a wonderful experience! My sons phone was in seriously bad shape. Another store told us it could not be repaired. We came into The Fix, and they said no problem! I am new to the area. I came to Deptford mall for the first time I was greeted at another phone facility on the second floor. They were not friendly. I came to the first floor and was greeted by another facility. They also were not friendly and the guy just told me it was very expensive to fix the iPhone 13 without a price I came to THE FIX AND HOSSAIN WAS wonderful!! He not only answered my questions with a smile, his customer service was phenomenal and that’s what made me want to spend my money. Not only Did we get a new phone I Almost brought the store out 😊They are the best! Upon leaving I was greeted by Harry and he closed the Deal also being knowledgeable, kind, and friendly . I will be back and Refer others!

I had a wonderful experience here at the fix, after being turned down by other phone booths Hossian was very nice and understanding. I came with a broken iPhone 13 and had been fed up to know that it was $400+ to get my screen fixed, but Hossian recommended me a solution to just get a new iPhone 8 for now which would be under $200 and I could add my SIM card and use that for the moment until I went to my original carrier to turn my phone in for a new one, he saved us so much stress and time, thank god for him. I then met Harry and he was just as sweet and helpful, he gave me the info I needed and answered all my questions. Please do not hesitate to stop by, they have great customer service and are all smiles. Definitely had a lot of patience while working with me and my frustration, I will be back!!
