So when I picked up my phone they tried to tell me it would be laggy because I needed to update it. I brushed it off because I had my 5 year old and 11 month old with me. When I got home i updated my iPhone and boom. My keyboard is damn near unusable. It lags, takes forever to type a damn text, comment, email, etc. awesome. As I’m putting it back in the case the screen barely raises up so a friends husband pushes it back in and it cracks again. But of course when I take it back the want another $80 to “fix all the problems” after already charging me $102🙄 so unfortunate I had to even give one star when they don’t deserve that. As of today i was told to come in to have the phone fixed under warranty! Thank you !
