I call to verify that the gentlemen at The Fix could repair a broken screen on my phone. They verified that the parts were in stock and even called back to confirm whether or not they should put aside the replacement screen for me. When I arrived, they were quick to verify my diagnosis and give me and estimated the repair would take only a couple of hours and my phone would be ready later that day. When I returned (note, they would have called me but I made the error of only leaving the phone number of the phone they were repairing - my fault) they were slowly drying the phone because they found moisture inside the phone. Rather than a quick repair and hiding the issue, they apologized and had my phone ready first thing the next day. I appreciate their intent to make sure to repair my phone correctly. The gentlemen at The Fix did a fabulous job for me.

The phone is like brand new. I didn't it was even repairable.

My wife's cell phone was broken after it fell off her friend's car and got squashed. A big box repair shop declared it unrepairable. Brought it to The Fix as last resort. Riz, the person manning the store, was quite engaging. He gave me a discounted quote, went with the repair, and I returned the following day to pick up the phone. He also provided a free screen protector, and of course it came with a 2-year warranty per the store's policy. After a few tests at home, the repaired phone appears to be back in working order. Me and my fiance came in for a screen replacement for my Google pixel 7 pro. We have already been here prior and have had a USB port replaced in another phone The technician is very friendly, informative and communicates extremely well about what he needs to do to fix your phone. He ordered me a screen replacement directly from Google and it was delivered a few days later I came in with my phone he replaced the screen much quicker than expected, we will come here again when our other devices break i can't recommend them enough my phone works again!

The Fix is perhaps the best location that you could opt to fix your phone at. To begin, the workers were wonderful; they were very kind and straight to the point about how to fix my phone. I had a screen issue, and all they said was that it would be $145, which to me is incredibly affordable because at Best Buy it would have been $200. Also true is the incredible speed that they fixed my phone at. A quick trip around Walmart to grab some delicious Milo's Sweet Tea, half a crossword puzzle, and they were all done. They even offered me a screen protector for just $10, but I had to refuse due to financial circumstances (I should have bought it though). Overall, The Fix is a wonderful establishment in which you should most definitely choose if you are experiencing issues with your device. I would give 6 stars if I could.
