This phone repair shop is worth a first stop. My dad’s iphone screen was frozen for some reason. This shop was honest enough to say it was a simple fix. He hooked us up. We paid him in return by making a little purchase in the store. I am sure they could be trusted with other more complicated repairs.

The charging port on my phone was broken and wasn't taking a charge but it's a Sunday and half the local phone repair shops aren't open till Monday so we called the fix in the mall right as they were opening and he was just walking in the door to open which was perfect, so I brought it in and the guy knew what was wrong and quoted us and told us it would be about 20 minutes so my husband and I walked around the mall for about 20, came back and it was fixed and ready to go. We ended up spending about $100 bucks on a new port but the convenience was worth it and much cheaper than having to get a whole new phone!

I came in to get my daughters phone repaired because she needed to transfer some data to her new phone but wasn't able to actually turn her phone on because of some power issue and instead of charging us to fix something that was unnecessary to retrieve data he taught us how to do it. Ronnie was a very patient, kind and understanding man and saved his money which I appreciate and it's hard to come by nowadays I really recommend going to his place of business for any phone repairs or any stylish cases. He's very knowledgeable and efficient.

These guys are the best! Honest and great to do business with. We had taken an iPad with an apparently broken charging port to be looked at, where another shop quoted $350 to fix it, before they even looked at it, after another shop in FL while we were on vacation said it definitely needed a new charging port, but they had to order the part and we could not wait. The pro at The Fix looked closely, and figured out there was something stuck down in the port that neither I nor the FL tech could see, he spent a few minutes trying and vacuuming whatever it was out, and then refused to take any money for his time. 👏 That is the type of vendor I want to work with!!! We would definitely take any other cell phone or tablet problem to The Fix in the future. Thank you! 👍
