I liked most the diligence in communication, ,heavy accent wasn't an issue, instead of the "ya ya, your good, next in line" I was given valuable insight, that was the likely cause of my problem... Riz repaired my phone and did a good job but there was an issue with the phones operation following the repair. I took it back to the store and he informed me that the repair was under warranty still. Riz ordered a new screen, swapped it out in less than 10 minutes and now my phone works perfectly. There was no line either time, he was friendly, worked quick, and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend Riz at The Fix.

My wife's cell phone was broken after it fell off her friend's car and got squashed. A big box repair shop declared it unrepairable. Brought it to The Fix as last resort. Riz, the person manning the store, was quite engaging. He gave me a discounted quote, went with the repair, and I returned the following day to pick up the phone. He also provided a free screen protector, and of course it came with a 2-year warranty per the store's policy. After a few tests at home, the repaired phone appears to be back in working order.
