Our cell provider was giving me the run around to get a screen replaced on phone… appointment time was over 2 hours with no resolve, went into The Fix in Walmart, Wadsworth right inside in front of check out, they had us in and out minutes later! Iphone screen repaired perfect and price was cheaper than expected! They are super professional, honest to their word, and did a great job! This is a sincere, honest review! We will go back if needed again and well worth the convenience of great, fast service!

I have been meaning to post this for several weeks however, I just have been busy, but that does not change the fact that these guys are wonderful. I had a pretty destroyed phone screen, and I was unsure if it was gonna be able to be repaired at all. When I went in to see them, I did not have high hopes whatsoever because like I said my phone was in a pretty sad shape. They took my now pathetic excuse for a phone and did some of whatever it may be that they do and determined it was going to ok. My phone shall live once again. So I figured I would have to leave my phone like I don’t know a couple days at least and he said can you give me an hour? I was like uhhh sure…an hour ok?! It was 6:45 in the evening and he said they would have it done by 8 PM when they closed up for the night. Truth be told I did not really believe this gentleman could fix this phone, and I certainly didn’t believe he could fit in an hour. Well, let me tell you, I went back and that man wasn’t lying. There sat my phone looking all pretty and shiny with her new screen. My one week old phone went from completely unusable to literally brand new in an hour. These guys saved my phone and my sanity all for 100 bucks. I don’t remember their names, but they were very kind and I appreciate their willingness to get my phone back to me so quickly. They are a new store located in Walmart in Wadsworth and I just wanted to give them a shout out and tell them great job and to let everyone out there know if you have a screen that needs to be fixed, those guys are the ones to do it for you. I wish them nothing but the best in their new location and I hope they do very very well because they deserve it. Thanks again guys…sorry for the delay! Jamie

The Fix inside the Wadsworth Walmart. This place is incredibly convenient! My phone screen cracked unexpectedly, and being able to drop it off for repair while I did my shopping was a lifesaver. By the time I was finished, my phone was ready to go. They also have a good selection of phone accessories right there, which was a nice bonus. Great service and super practical location!

Hello, Anyone looking for phone repair. I found the best place. After asking geek squad and several other repair shops this Gentleman has helped me out. All I needed was a battery so I could transfer the rest of my pictures. He was able to pull it apart without breaking anything. He showed me I had previously purchased the wrong battery . He was able to pull the SD card so I could pull my pictures with SD reader. I am so happy. This has been at least 5 years of struggle to accomplish what he did in 30 minutes. Thank you to this business for providing professional service and options I didn’t know were possible. Barb M
