They absolutely saved my life after a super long flight where my phone died and refused to charge/turn back on!!! They worked very quickly and pricing was fair! I would absolutely go back for any phone issues in the future.

They did a great job and fixed my son's phone in less than an hour!

If I could give more stars, I would. My phone had a water incident and was waterlogged. I couldn't get anywhere right away to get it tended to ASAP. I went to Metro PCS in Brookpark on Snow and the guy told me about this place. It is inside Walmart in Strongsville so I went the following day since it was kind if on my way home from work. They took my phone apart and gave me an estimate and explained what needed to be fixed, replaced and cleaned. I explained my financial state and why I needed this phone for years of contact info for my special needs son and medical contacts etc. They gave me a price that was about the range I thought and hoped it would cost me which was still alot cheaper than getting a new phone and the stress, aggravation and hassle of losing the info and having to get a new number, etc. They were very understanding, non judgemental, professional, sweet, polite and very patient and determined. They took their time, no short cuts, very detail oriented and careful while respectfully not invading my privacy of my info. They are open 7 days a week til 7pm, I believe. I recommend them for your tech needs. I can't believe they were able to fix it and I am so grateful and thankful.

She was absolutely wonderful. I was greeting, asked if I needed help, I was guided to the correct area to find my desired purchases. She even put the new screen protector on, along with the case. I told her “it feels like a new phone”. I’ve been to plenty of places to get my phone repaired, and to buy new cases; most definitely happy I stopped by.

Aaron amazing phone tech I have an obscure phone (one plus 11 pro) flag ship phone with damaged screen and back glass. He did an amazing job, and for a killer deal. Material costs 200, and 150ish labor. Everywhere else wanted double or was too obscure and wouldn't work on the phone. Dude deserves a raise, and your business. Will come again when I have new issues.

She helped me clean up my phone for free and gave me a reasonable quote for fixing my charging port. Update: I was quoted something and given a time. Both were incorrect. I was charged for a display even though I was never told I’d have to. I also ended up waiting for like 3 hours before she told me I’d have to come in the next morning. I didn’t get my phone back till like 2 pm the next day. My charging port is fixed but my display is having issues and I’ve had two phone calls where they couldn’t hear me. I’m gonna take my phone back in this next week to see if they can fix it. Update: I took it back in and Aaron fixed it for me without any problem. It was quick and easy and I really hope it works from now on! I appreciate the fact that they fixed it no charge!

Walked in after shopping at Walmart to get my camera lens fixed. Two were cracked and Ali replaced all three. I also got a new privacy screen protector. I was in and out in 10 minutes! It only cost me around $21 to fix the lens and get a lens film cover plus the screen protector!! Such a deal! I definitely recommend going to Ali for your phone repairs!
