She was absolutely wonderful. I was greeting, asked if I needed help, I was guided to the correct area to find my desired purchases. She even put the new screen protector on, along with the case. I told her “it feels like a new phone”. I’ve been to plenty of places to get my phone repaired, and to buy new cases; most definitely happy I stopped by.

Aaron amazing phone tech I have an obscure phone (one plus 11 pro) flag ship phone with damaged screen and back glass. He did an amazing job, and for a killer deal. Material costs 200, and 150ish labor. Everywhere else wanted double or was too obscure and wouldn't work on the phone. Dude deserves a raise, and your business. Will come again when I have new issues.

Walked in after shopping at Walmart to get my camera lens fixed. Two were cracked and Ali replaced all three. I also got a new privacy screen protector. I was in and out in 10 minutes! It only cost me around $21 to fix the lens and get a lens film cover plus the screen protector!! Such a deal! I definitely recommend going to Ali for your phone repairs!

She helped me clean up my phone for free and gave me a reasonable quote for fixing my charging port. Update: I was quoted something and given a time. Both were incorrect. I was charged for a display even though I was never told I’d have to. I also ended up waiting for like 3 hours before she told me I’d have to come in the next morning. I didn’t get my phone back till like 2 pm the next day. My charging port is fixed but my display is having issues and I’ve had two phone calls where they couldn’t hear me. I’m gonna take my phone back in this next week to see if they can fix it. Update: I took it back in and Aaron fixed it for me without any problem. It was quick and easy and I really hope it works from now on! I appreciate the fact that they fixed it no charge!
