It’s a holiday so how long will this take? Because I run my own business In the healthcare industry, I need to be accessible so I cannot be without my phone. I stopped at Walmart to see if I could buy a temporary phone compatible with my network, but they started at $200 and that doesn’t even help with the repair. As we stood at the checkout, it was like the clouds parted as my 11-year-old son pointed and said “ Look Mom there’s a cell phone place open.” 20 minutes later, my phone was repaired. I had a brand new screen and a screen protector for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, costing $169. Alan Was kind, courteous, and efficient. What felt like impending disaster turned into nothing more than a minor inconvenience And I was able to return to celebrating the holiday with my two boys. I will get all of my repairs here moving forward.

This is the best phone repair & seller I’ve been to. They are so welcoming and helpful. The previous repair store told me that my phone was dead and that they couldn’t do anything for it but his guy in less than 10 min was able to put a new battery and turn my phone back in. He found the problems and I didn’t have to pay for him to look for the problems. His prices are very lower. It is located inside a Walmart so this company is trustworthy!

Saturday morning I dropped my phone but I had a huge event I had to vend early in the morning that was all day so I could not go to get my screen fixed until the following day on a Sunday (so glad they were open). I did some research on places who fixed phones in my area and this place seemed to be the best. The whole top of my screen was not registering anything I touched so I couldn't use my search bar or GPS so I really needed to get this fixed. Instead of paying $1,000 for a new phone I was able to save my phone and everything on it by having my phone fixed here. Leo was very kind through the whole experience and the service he provided was much faster than I had anticipated. I left the phone with him, went to run errands for 45 mins and when I came back my phone was like it was brand new again. As I was leaving I had the idea to see if they had a glass screen protector, he did not have one in stock at the time but he ordered them right on spot and was able to hook me up with one only 2 days later and applied the protector himself at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, if I ever drop my phone again and have a severe crack in the screen I will definitely be back. The price he gave me was far less than what I was quoted from the place down the street and the turn over wait for how fast he was able to get my phone back into my hands is unbeatable. I'm so glad we have this option here, in the Eastgate area.
