Great experience. Took my daughter's phone in thinking the charging port was broken. They diagnosed it quickly, realized it was a different issue that wasn't worth repairing and refunded us the money. When we later noticed her texts weren't working, we went back and he fixed it right away. no charge and no wait. Fast, honest and super friendly service. Totally recommend.

The employees here are super helpful and knowledgeable about fixing your phone! I have a Google phone, so it's pretty normal for parts to have to be ordered. The shipment only took a few days and he fixed my phone in less than an hour. He even gave me advice on how to keep my phone battery in good condition so I don't have to bring it back. Definitely recommend coming here

Cheaper, easier and faster than the Mac store! Apple wants you to log into your iCloud to replace the battery on your phone, will make you wait even when they give you an appointment time and charge you $90 to leave it with them for 4 hours. The Fix did the repair in 25 minutes, while I waited for $68. If the battery holds up, I will come back here before I ever take out of warranty stuff to the Apple Store.
