I had a good experience at this location. I originally called and asked for a quote at the LS location and was given a great deal for both a screen replacement and battery replacement. I left my product at the store and was told that the phone would be ready in 3 hours as they had several phones ahead of mine. I left but was called 5 minutes later. I was told that I may return my phone to this Raytown location as they were much less busy. As a result of that, I got my phone done much earlier than what was expected. I paid a total of $320ish for the screen and battery. My iPhone looks brand new!
