AMAZING!!! Definitely worth the charge!!

Great service Mack was great really helped me

I ordered a back cover and battery replacement. I came around 7 at night, he was kind and ready to help. I let him know I was wanting to replace the battery and back cover. He checked for stock, but being an S21 he didn't have on hand understandably. He let me know he could order and it would arrive in 3 or 4 business days. He let me know there was a deposit and the rest due at pick up. I paid the deposit and received email confirmation of my order. I came to check if it arrived after 3 business days. The back cover had arrived but not the battery yet,it was to arrive in 2 days. I returned in 2 days around 7 pm and again he was so kind even at a later hour and willing to help. He installed my battery but he didnt leave it at that. He cleaned my protective case out for me and made sure everything looked like new before returning it to me. He even gave me a free screen protector since I had to return. In this day and age good customer service is not a commonplace. Especially inside a walmart you expect people who are preocupied or doing the bare minumum to serve you. This guy in this little repair shop inside the walmart was such a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing tech repair.

I was so impressed by Azeem's (The Fix off K7) knowledge and customer service. My son contacted Azeem after hours about my broken phone screen. He called my son right back after hours that sameday. That type of customer service is just unheard of nowadays. Azeem gave me options to fix my broken screen, thoroughly explained the pros and cons of those options, and had my phone fix in record timing. I will definitely refer anyone I know to him!!

Great Service!!!

Amazing service, point blank. Azeem goes above and beyond in providing excellent and thorough service. If you're like me and see nothing but 5 stars and get kind of spooked by all of them, know that the services are just that exemplary. Will definitely come back to him if anything else goes wrong in the future

I stopped by The Fix in Olathe today after being attacked by gravity last night, resulting in a cracked screen. Before heading over, I gave them a call to confirm they had the part in stock. Tgey said they were open (On a sunday!) and they did, and they could get me in right away. When I arrived, I spoke with the attendant about the price. Based on my research, their quote landed right in the middle of the going rate, which was refreshing. A lot of repair shops try the “you’re desperate, so pay up” trick. These guys didn’t. The repair itself took about two hours. Conveniently, the store is in a Walmart, so I got to wander around aimlessly and (barely) resist the urge to impulse shop. All in all: quick turnaround, honest pricing, and my phone screen looks brand new again. I’d recommend them if you need a repair done without getting taken for a ride.
