He gave me an OLED screen for a cheaper price than I expected and even gave me a brand-new screen protector for free, which I really appreciated! It did take about 2 hours to get my phone back, but I’m happy with the quality of the work and how well he treated me. He genuinely went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely come back again and recommend him to anyone who needs their phone repaired!

I thought my laptop was very likely beyond saving, and initially brought it in for a diagnostic to confirm whether that was the case. If it could be fixed, I assumed it would be so expensive that I would almost be better off buying a new one altogether. I am happy (and incredibly grateful!) to report that I was mistaken. Although it did take a bit of time - likely due to the repair being a bit more involved and complicated - my laptop not only works, but it seems to be even better than before! Not only that, but the price was incredibly reasonable for the work done, much less than I would ever have expected! And on top of that, it was a very pleasant experience because of how personable the interactions were. I don't write reviews often, but I can't say enough good things about The Fix!!

The Best in a tough spot!

I was on vacation when my phone became water damaged. I brought my phone in to The Fix as soon as I got back and Ali saved the day. I was out in less than 30 minutes and the price was very affordable with no haggling. I recommend anybody who finds themself in a phone repair crisis to come here.

Conversely, the service I received from Sami cannot be OVERSTATED! He tried to save me money twice, thinking it was a defective charging port. After three hours of work, it wasn’t. That led to the purchase of a new phone at 10:00 p.m. to a guy who can’t remember his passwords…me! Sami stayed and patiently worked on getting this new phone up and running until midnight. I am in the middle of funeral planning this weekend and having my phone working is Level 10 important. My frustration with the situation (it had been three trips) resulted in tense words from me. Sami responded with patience and kindness. The following day, I returned for the installation of the applications…and he did it at no charge. Likewise, he discounted the phone case and screen protector as a compensation for my three trips. Admittedly, I was skeptical of an electronics repair company in a Wal-mart but am completely “sold!” In my waits, I have watched Sami juggle multiple customers, while still working on my phone. He addressed each of their needs with the same importance. Sami is just not capable of being “cloned” but lucky the employees who receive their training from him. Great Customer Service. Last Week or so He was able to replace my screen. After the screen fix there was issues with my speaker but the guy was kind enough to fix it with no fee yesterday.
