Phone shattered on Tuesday, so I came in the next day. 20 minutes and $80 later my phone is fixed and it looks brand new. More than pleased.

My daughter bought a phone case there and it broke she went to the store to return it and they were very accommodating. She also got her phone repaired there for water damage and cracked screen for a very cheap price in under an hour. Would definitely recommend this place!

Went to Apple to get my battery replaced, after they tried to stuff my face with products, they told me there was an hour wait. It was during that time that I went here, just to see the price difference, and it was the same! Plus Sophia was able to do it right away! She even went as far as cleaning my phone. Straight forward, honest, friendly service and excellent pricing. I came to get my iPad repaired and 30 minutes later (which I spent eating at the food court and watching youtube), my screen was fixed and my home button was replaced. They didn’t even charge me extra. Now my iPad feels brand new again plus I saved over $100 from not going to the manufacturer and waiting in line for 30 minutes just for a conversation while being overcharged. I recommend “The Fix” to anyone that needs phones, tablets, or they’re iPads repaired, that wants to skip the lines while paying at least half the price. I recommend the fix if you have any problems with your phone. I called them pretty close to closing and the guy was very nice on the phone and told me to come in and he will see what he can do. When I got there he took a look at my phone used a tool to clean my charging port and in a minute or two my phone was charging again and didn’t charge. I seriously recommend this place if you have any troubles with your phone

I brought my Iphone to another place due to an erratic speaker. The "other" place told me it was a "software" issue, without even looking at it. For a second opinion, I brought it to The Fix / iFixPhones and was immediately impressed by the immediate attention they brought to the problem. Literally while I waited, they swapped out the speaker -- which worked for a little while, but then unfortunately, also began to cut out. Recognizing they had to go into a bit deeper, they asked me to return the next day. When I returned, they got to work on the issue right away. They wound up replacing the Volume Flex assembly, which quickly restored full functionality to the phone's speaker. They only charged me ONCE. While I was there, there were 4 Guys working, and unfortunately, I did not jot down all their names -- but I can say 100% that Ray and all of the Guy's they work there -- get right down to business....get it done and do a great job. They were trustworthy and took full responsibility to make sure I got the exact repair I needed. Pricing was very fair and the experience was over-the-top positive. It was also great that they had parts in stock, so there was no waiting. These Guys are Phone "Geeks" in the BEST sense of the word...They clearly are masters of their craft and have warm, congenial personalities as well -- even behind a mask. Ray/The Fix/iFixPhones and the whole team really treated me right! Very happy to be a client! Would definitely go back! Thank you so much Guys! (Iphone SE guy with a formerly intermittent speaker!)

When I walk into a small store like The Fix and the staff do not smile I begin to mentally measure how bad my experience may be and should I walk out. I would have been very wrong if I did. The guys are just the serious type and very cool. They balance each other well, they are extremely polite, super professional and good at what they do. I had my Samsung S23 screen replaced and with the repair they offered a six month warranty. Two weeks later I was back because I was having a couple of problems. The tech remembered me instantly. I left the phone for about 40 minutes. The estimated time that they gave me was right on time. When I checked my phone it was perfect. This was by far the best part of my day, not being frustrated dealing with the problem anymore. The tech figured out that my screen was defective and replaced it; no further cost. I will always continue to support this store because I know that I will have a very positive experience, they know their stuff and they don't price gouged.
