Had a Google Pixel 2 XL with a bad charging port. I called a couple other places and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but these guys were able to do it. They ordered the part and I came back in the next week, and my phone was all fixed after a couple hours. Couldn't be more impressed with the results, looks and feels brand new.

So I broke the screen on my tablet. I first went to Best Buy they were not able to help me but they suggested I go to The Fix. I did and the owner was in and he was very honest. He said it would cost just as much to fix it as it would to buy a new one. I asked if I could put a protective screen on and he said I could give it a try. I let him know I was afraid to do it myself. He told me to bring it back when I got the screen. I did and he didn't even hesitate to do the work. When I tried to pay him for it he refused to take any money. I would say that in this day and age this is the kind of person I want to be dealing with. Professional, honest, kind, true to his word. They have replaced screens on multiple cell phones for me. Sam & Ben are awesome, tell them I sent you. The latest was my Samsung S23 Ultra with a cracked sereen. They gave me two options, a Samsung screen or an aftermarket screen, I chose the aftermarket screen and it looks amazing, the phone is like new again, works great, looks great, and the fingerprint scanner as well. Have it to them when we got there, done in less than 45mind😁 Highly recommended, they are upstairs in the Solomon Pond Mall opposite the Macy's end, the Cinnabon end but upstairs.
