I don’t usually write reviews because I think people that due are miserable losers. However, today I have to. This place is the greatest place on planet Earth. My charging port was broken so I expected to go in and have to set an appointment up and pay about $200. I go in and the nice gentleman comes over, and I explain the issue and he says “okay you don’t need an appointment I can fix this in 5-10 minutes and it will be $39. I was astonished and I couldn’t even express how thankful I was, it was done in 5 minutes. It’s all fixed now. I see why this place has 4.9 review rating it’s unreal.

They fixed my child’s charging port that had a piece of metal from the charger stuck inside. It took maybe 10 mins tops and was only $25. If I went through my insurance I was quoted over $150 and who knows when I would’ve gotten it back. Staff was very helpful answering questions and were super friendly. Highly recommend!

I spilled water on my iPhone. it developed thin, black, vertical lines, and throughout the day, they turn to thick black lines. I could barely read what was on my phone, but the phone still worked. I like my phone, and everything on the web said it was toast. While in the mall, I asked The Fix, if anything could be done, he said, no problem; it’ll take 15 minutes and cost 99 bucks. What did I have to lose? Even on eBay, my model of phone with the amount of gigs would’ve been over $200, more for a better quality phone. I came back, it was fixed! Even the sound was better. I highly recommend The Fix. They will be my new first stop and my first recommendation for friends. Thank you, The Fix!

I took my old iPhone to The Fix to get a new battery. It had died after 6 yrs. and wouldn’t take a charge. Like most, I am very dependent on my phone. Gokhan, the owner of The Fix, showed me two different batteries to choose from. He did not just assume I would want the more expensive battery like some repair persons would. I chose the less expensive one. He tested my phone with the new battery, but it wouldn’t charge. He patiently tested a new charging port, but after waiting 15 minutes we found the phone still wouldn’t charge. Disappointment! Luckily for me, I had another older iPhone with me. He swapped the SIM cards and I walked out with a working phone. Gokhan explained what he was doing while he did it. (Transparency is such a relief, especially these days. I very much appreciated that.) From past experiences I was afraid I’d be charged a lot and not know if I’d been taken advantage of, but I didn’t need to be afraid at The Fix. His shop is full of just about everything one would need for smartphones. He also has inexpensive refurbished iPads and iPhones for sale. Gokhan is patient, highly competent and most important, an honest person. I recommend The Fix and Gokhan as highly as I possible can.

I had a damaged Galaxy S9+ screen that needed repair. After responding promptly to my email asking about his service, I decided to go. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, thorough and prompt in his repair service. He stated it would be up to an hour wait, and he honored his word. He fixed my screen and restored functionality back to it's original state before the screen was damaged. Highly recommend!

Brought my phone to have my screen replaced and I was very satisfied with the service and I was extremely happy that it was done in less than a hour and I bought a new screen protector and the gentleman put the wrong model protector on I left well I didn't notice it until a day or two that he put the protector over my speaker so I had to talk in speaker phone but when I called him he was very apologetic and told me to come in and he would replace it I'm referring all my people to him
