There I was, stranded, lost, without a clue in the world when my audio wasn't working on my android. I called others but didn't know who to honestly trust. I knew there was a repair shop as soon as you come into one of the mall entrances, so I decided to go and speak with an associate from this store. I walked in and noticed electronics pulled apart and repairs being done. The man, known as Edi, looked up at me and I, being skeptical at first after dealing with many others in my area, asked a million questions. All which were answered by Edi extremely accurately. I looked up on forums and noticed with my model LG, there were hardware issues in regards to sound. I remember Edi spoke to me about the benefits of iPhone (I know, I've been with android for ten years) didnt want to switch but he NEVER pressured me to do so. Finally, after doing my research and I realized it was time to make a change in my life. I went back to Edi and asked more questions about the iPhone 6s and he told me everything I needed to know. I then backup my android and made the switch. I'm telling you right now, it was like night and day. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and to this day when I see him he still asks how my phone is doing. That's quality customer service. We have established that trust with each other and I couldn't be more grateful for having someone honest and experienced in this line of work. The videos to this iPhone are amazing in 4K and will never look back at android. Now, I can ride into the sunset with my unicorn and take over the world. Well, one day. Lets start with getting accepted for medical school first. Highly recommended and he will forever have my business. Extremely reasonable and honest.

Apple store tried to charge me $359 for my cracked screen but when I when there they gave me a free diagnostic and only charged me $159 for the repair... I recently cracked my phone and I live two hours away from any decent screen repair stores, I came to MacArthur to the apple store where they basically told me it would take two days to repair. I was referred to the I Fix kiosk where Bilal was and he fixed my screen in under 15 minutes and it was cheaper than apple would have charged me. He was super nice, explained everything he was doing and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back if I happen to break anything again. Highly recommended!!!

Bilal fixed my phone this morning in 25 minutes flat, he was a really nice guy who knew what he was doing. Not only was he great at his job but he was also retired military so you can trust your in good hands. The FIX/bilal was an all around better experience then CPR norfolk, cheaper by 25$, quicker by an hour and the quality of the screen/screen protector seems significantly better. Hopefully I won’t break my phone again but if I do, I would return or recommend to a friend. For anyone wondering for the screen replacement and glass protector combo was 116$ total. :)

Bilal is the bomb! I accidentally cracked my iPhone SE screen when I thought I had a plastic screen saver/protector on my phone and when I went to remove it, I cracked my whole screen. In about 15 minutes later for $65 (Apple charges $130 for out of warranty phones), Bilal worked his magic and had me up and running. Excellent customer service and repair!

I have a limited review to write because these guys fixed my laptop issue at no charge. It wouldn't turn on, and after opening the back and interrogating the battery, they determined that it was just a glitch. That's a simplified statement because I didn't entirely understand why it was working again, but they clearly did. They could've charged me but because it was so simple - to them- they didn't. Brought my phone in after dropping it and having half the screen break. They told me that since my phone is a much older model, which it is, they'd have to order a new screen for it since they didn't have one in stock. I called the next day and it had come in, so I came by and they had it fixed within two hours. It costed $90 total, which I thought was a bit steep at the time, but after researching a bit it doesn't seem bad at all. I don't doubt the quality of their repair one bit. I waited a little over a month to give them a review to ensure everything was alright with my phone, and it is! No problems or quirks.

I can’t rate this place high enough!! Extremely quick service and SO reasonably priced (half the price of other repair places, especially those that use the insurance plans).
