The Fix store at First Colony Mall is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately accidents happen but thanks to Yusal I’m back up and running again. I looked at a few places to fix my cracked screen. Some of the prices were lower but generally about the same. Non came close to the warranty they offered or the customer service level I received. I’d definitely recommend his place and if I ever find myself in this position again I’ll be back. Thanks guys!

My laptop monitor cracked and I had such a terrible experience GadgetMD. After keeping my laptop for a week with nothing done on it as promised, I took my laptop back. I stopped by The Fix hoping that I would have a better experience. Vusal was very professional and HONEST!! When I picked up my laptop after he fixed it, it was perfect. Amazing service! Can't stop telling my family about what a great experience I had at The Fix. Screen on my old Galaxy S8 died and I really needed it repaired to retrieve years of contact information. First, I left it with a large nationwide chain who notified me a couple days later when they received the part and began the repair. I received a call a week later that it was ready for pickup, only they hadn't actually done anything. I was told they couldn't open the phone to repair it because the sim card was stuck. Somewhat deflated, I took it to The Fix for a second opinion. Mostafa had the replacement screen in stock and opened the phone right in front of me to be sure it would work. He completed the whole repair in 30 minutes and charged me $100 less than the chain shop quoted me. His son is a very charming helper!

My screen was damaged and I looked them up they had the best reviews as well as rating, But I was a little hesitent as it is in the mall and moght be pricy. Surprisingly when I msged to get a qoute they were cheaper then the others I called. I'm late posting this review, but they fixed my laptop a few months ago where the hinges had broken the computer case. The case had broken after another local shop replaced my screen. When it broke and I took it back to that other shop, they said, "It happens all the time, and it's not our fault." So they wanted to charge me to replace the case too. Nope! I'll go somewhere that people are honest! The guys at The Fix ordered a new case, but I had lost the screws that I had initially taken out before giving it to them. Long story about what all happened and the efforts they went to, but in the end, they came through. They returned to me a repaired laptop with a promise to back up their work if it broke again. They definitely cared about their workmanship and weren't trying to hustle me into buying extras services. I highly recommend!

This place is awesome. I took both of my son's Samsung Galaxy tablets here to be repaired. One of them needed the charger port replaced and the other one needed the screen replaced. Both of the tablets were repaired for a reasonable price, in an extremely timely manner. I had even taken them to another electronics "repair" spot for a quote, and the other place was going to charge much more and wasn't even sure if they could repair them.
