They are always super fast and their screen protectors are great quality. I only have to replace it about once every 6 months and it is super cheap. Highly recommend!

This is the REAL deal!! There is no better repair place in Tulsa. I brought in my iPod Classic video in and they immediately were trouble shooting the problems with me, where as no where else in tulsa would even touch the thing. I strongly appreciate the fix for how they helped my phone. The back of my phone was desperately shattered, my phone was bent, my battery was expanded and couldn’t not hold any charge. I have been dealing with this for about a year and decided to get my phone fixed. My entire phone was as good as new for $250. When comparing that to the price of the new iPhones, I can say I saved a good amount of money. The person who fixed my phone explained what was wrong, and walked me through what had to be done. The whole process no more than an hour.

Incredible customer service. I brought a phone in for a screen repair. 45 minutes to complete. I got my phone back and it was stuck in safe mode. Turned out the screen was faulty and they were out of stock on a Saturday. Offered a full refund or to loan me a phone until a new screen shipped in (Monday). I took the loaner phone and idiotically broke the back of that one in a couple days. Explained to them the situation and they said no worries. Received my phone fully working. Very nice people. 6 star.

Dropped my iPad on a concrete floor and shattered the screen...took it in to the Fix and they repaired it for way less than a new iPad would have cost me...and it only took them a couple of hours...it's good as new...glad I found them...

Ight so the dude had a great attitude he was very friendly now as for the service I've never once had a screen protector fall off didnt break but it's off I went back he used the same one reattached it I made it home within that same hour an it falls off I called an called left voice messages not once did anyone there attempt to reach me I'm out 20 bucks an dont have a screen protector for my phone. I also got a case for the note 8 an iPhone xr my case is great I love it as for the xr the case broke 2 days later just by simple use of it. Didnt drop it it was in my pocket next thing u know it broke all the way across the center that's an additional 20 25 bucks so my case great iphone case sucks. I never got a receipt I used my bank card but still he didnt give me one.

I went to the mall to go to the Apple Store to see if I could get my phone camera fixed. I didn't know what was wrong with it, but I was wary that Apple would be able to do anything for it without replacing the whole phone. I walked by The Fix and decided on a whim to go in just to see what they would say. I had never been to it before. I walked up and explained the issue to the employee at the front desk. She immediately was able to diagnose the problem, gave me a solution and a price estimate, and told me to come back in thirty minutes and it would be done. I did, and the phone was completely fixed for a reasonable price. I was so impressed and grateful!

I needed my iPad screen fixed in two days or less because I had a trip planned. I called around and this was the only place that had a same day or next day timeframe. And it was one of the cheaper quotes as well. The folks were friendly and took care of it! Recommend.

Wife's phone had a issue with low volume in the ear speaker....the owner diagnosed the issue quickly...replaced the ear speaker screen and in 5 minutes we walked out with the phone completely fixed...I was completely impressed with his fairness, speed and expertise....I will not hesitate to go to him in the future.

Had the audio ic issue with my Iphone 7 Plus. Went to Apple first and they ran their diagnostic which verified it was an audio ic issue, but they don't fix this issue on site and have to ship to CA. Unfortunately, they wouldn't ship my phone to CA because I had replaced the battery with one I purchased on amazon (too bad their original battery failed after a year). It is Apple policy not to ship a phone with an aftermarket battery because they're worried it will explode like hand grenade during shipping. After leaving Apple I went to The Fix and they fixed my phone in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Couldn't have been a better experience with The Fix. Next time I'll go there first.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Fix and I thought they did an a ig job at fixing my phone. The total hardware was gone and they were able to restore my phone! :)

The staff is highly attentive to what you want but what impressed me was they asked questions about my lifestyle to figure out what I needed, and suggested something I wouldn’t of considered without their advice! By far the best cell phone repair company I have ever been to! Money is usually the number one motive for most people, so if that is you’re number one selling point you have found the right place! Quality is another big one, if that you’re selling point you have definitely found the right place! A big deal for me personally is having a personal relationship, and I don’t think it gets much better than the owner himself knowing me by name, and greeting me by such every time I stop by. The cool thing is, not only do they fix phones but they can customize your phone as well, with cases for all kinds of use, whether you’re a construction worker needing extra protection, or you just want something small and sleek. On your case they can add your favorite picture of your family, friends, or your favorite designs, and as I stated earlier, they do it quick without jeopardizing quality. Don’t be tricked by all these other namebrand places, this is the only place you should consider! Thank you again for all you do!

Tried 8 places.. this guy fixed phone asap.. correctly, no damage to phone, very fair price.. go no where else.

My Samsung would not turn on. I went to the AT&T store in Woodland Hills Mall and they could not figure it out. They sent me across the way to The Fix. They guy had my phone on in less than 3 minutes. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! I was so scared because my daughter had just graduated high school and I had not had a chance to back up the photos. He saved my priceless photos. Great place very helpful people!!! Will always go back for any phone or computer issues.

My iPhone 7+ had taken water damage that Apple was unable to fix. My phone wasn't able to be turned on and my photos and contacts were seemingly lost forever. I stopped by The Fix after the Apple Store turned me away as a last ditch effort. The staff was very helpful and amazingly were able to salvage my phone after testing and locating the issue! I now have my phone back and more importantly, my photos and contacts! I cannot rate The Fix high enough! I'm VERY grateful!

The people at The Fix are cool. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. They're there to help, and go above and beyond when they fix your phone. Nobody else is as helpful and easy as them.

Brought my phone in to see what was wrong with it and Robin was quick to help me out. He was very fast with his diagnosis which was water damage or should I say slobber damage from a teething 17 month old. It was fixable but he was very honest with my financial options saying that it was probably best to just get a new phone. It sounds silly but that's what I enjoyed most about the experience in his customer Service, there was no I could fix this for this much and if it doesn't work we'll try this and it'll cost this much, it was what was best for me and my wallet. Thank you Fix It repair and Robin for your wonderful customer service and honesty. It's nice to know there are businesses out there that's out for more then just a dollar but good quality and honest customer service. Thats what keeps people coming back. I have been going to the fix for some time now. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. On multiple occasions I have brought them my personal devices to repair. Even if they didn't have the part on hand they were kind enough to advise me on the price of the repair and how long it would take.
