Zach is the best! He replaced the back glass from my iPhone in-house and on the same day. Other places take two weeks because they want to send it to another place to use a laser to remove the broken glass. Zach took care of it within a few hours so I didn’t have to be without my phone. Highly recommend. I didn’t even have to leave my passcode or worry about my data. I verified if it was working when I picked it up. They also have a bunch of cases, I made sure to upgrade to something more sturdy so it wouldn’t happen again. I have a Pixel 7A that had a badly swollen battery. It was actually pushing the back cover of the phone off and had separated one of the seams.
