Was in San Antonio for my son’s Air Force boot camp graduation and couldn’t get my phone to charge. Seemed like the charging plug wasn’t going in far enough to make connection and was loose and falling out causing my phone not to charge. Went into “The Fix” cell phone repair and shop and the man there got me fixed and working within 10 minutes and now my phone is charging like new. These guys work with you very easily to get what u need or want done asap. They both were awesome when I was there and I would recommend anyone to go check them out. Small phone repair business inside of Wal-Mart. These gentleman were very friendly and customer service oriented individuals. I had an opportunity to interact with all 3 and let me tell you, they all seem very happy and eager to help with any issues you may be having. In my case, a family member’s phone (touch screen) was not working. I was already prepared to replace the phone, but they were able to resolve the issue and phone was back functioning within 25 mins. I bought a couple of protective screens for my cousin’s and my phones just because. I highly recommend this business for any phone issues you have. Mine were minor but if they can’t fix it, surely they will get you pointed in the right direction.

Other places take two weeks because they want to send it to another place to use a laser to remove the broken glass. Zach took care of it within a few hours so I didn’t have to be without my phone. They also have a bunch of cases, I made sure to upgrade to something more sturdy so it wouldn’t happen again. I have a Pixel 7A that had a badly swollen battery. It was actually pushing the back cover of the phone off and had separated one of the seams. Zack was the tech that helped me out, he ordered a new battery and was able to replace the damaged one the next day in about 30 minutes.
