I was honestly skeptical on coming here because I’ve had bad experiences with these shops but this one is 10/10. I got the growing black spot on my 5-ish year old Pixel 5 phone screen and decided to replace it instead of getting a new phone. I brought it to a ubreakifix place, where they told me they didn't have any replacement screens and they didn't know if or when they might get any. So I went home and ordered a replacement screen myself (it was not difficult to obtain). I went back to ubreakifix with the replacement screen in hand and asked them to just install it for me. They said that it's against their policy to install outside parts - frustrating to say the least. I've been to other Walmart Fix It places in the past and have found them to be more flexible and accommodating, so I tried out this one. Trenton installed my replacement screen for $60 in 30 minutes, and he threw in a screen protector (which he also installed) for half off. Screen looks great and is working well!
