We had a very bad cracked and crumbling iPad screen. So bad it affected the home button. The Fix Repair guy did an amazing job repairing the screen and went above and beyond and replaced the home button bracket. Thank you for that! I highly recommend them.

My phone was giving me issues with charging and I thought I'll have to get the whole phone replaced or get it opened to change the charging port. But I was amazed with the honesty and openness of the staff here, they cleaned the port for just $20 and my phone is now charging flawlessly. They have wonderful collection of cases as well and I bought the liquid protection case from them with glitter, looks so good on my phone.

When was the last time you were truly impressed at a tech repair shop? I have been to multiple and they are rarely known for their kindness and care--but this place is set apart! I walked in to see about a charging port cleaning. The attendant, who later introduced himself as Ian, he was providing the most attentive service to an elderly couple. It was clear that they needed a lot of patient explanation and hand-holding. It was even more clear that Ian was happy to provide it. Frankly, I was starting to get impatient because he was doing such a good job with them, haha! Once we was done serving them, he provided me the same attention to detail. I complimented him on his service to the elderly couple and Ian was genuinely appreciative. He has the energy and vibe of a brand new employee trying his hardest to do a good job, and I had just told him he was doing great! Seriously, Ian was one of the most sincere people I had spoken to all day. He quickly jumped onto my issue and said that he could complete my charging port cleaning and he did it so thoroughly that all of my charging cables work again! My port was such a mess that only one cord would work anymore. Ian saved me so much time and frustration! Come to find out that their spot is local family owned.
