The technician was very friendly in assisting me with the phone protector I needed. After visiting two Super Walmart stores I was told they were out of the A32 protectors, and they had no other brands that would fit my phone. I was directed to visit the Fix Tech Repair. So I did and was told that they had other protectors besides the A32 that would fit my phone. He was nice enough to clean my phone and place the new protector on. I purchased a second on just in case. The price was very reasonable. Glad I have a place that I can go to for my phone needs. I will continue to do business with them instead of going to the T-Mobile store for any type of purchases.

About a month later I still couldn’t get it out of disable mode. I left my phone there for 2-3 days and he restored my phone with out losing all my data.
