What a fantastic experience! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my iPhone screen but it completely shut down. The staff was able to diagnose the issue, provided upfront pricing (very reasonable), and fixed my phone within just a couple of hours! I will definitely be back in the future! Editing to say: DON’T GO HERE! I’ve never had a cracked screen and they sold me on $20 of absolute crap. I can’t event type this without my phone going crazy and calling random people. I’d rather buy a new phone then go back here (which I did).

Okay, so I’m not usually one to write reviews, but my experience at Fix Tech Repair was just too good not to share. I went in totally dreading the whole process of getting a new phone you know, the usual pushy sales tactics and confusing plans. But from the minute I walked in, it was different. I was helped by some indian guy, and he was just fantastic. He was super patient and knew his stuff without being a total tech-bro about it. The best part? The whole thing was just transparent.
