Wry thorough and professional. Great application of screen saver.

We recently visited The Fix inside Walmart to have my daughter's iPad screen replaced. The convenience of being able to shop while the repair was being done was a huge plus. Meric was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Even though he had a few repairs ahead of ours, the turnaround time was only a few hours, which was much faster than another repair shop I've used for years. The price was also considerably lower than what I've paid elsewhere. Unfortunately, the issue ended up being more than just a broken screen. After the replacement, it became clear there was internal damage from years of drops and previous repairs. Meric even tried a second screen to make sure the first replacement wasn't defective before confirming the problem was deeper than the screen itself. I appreciated his honesty, even after spending the time diagnosing the issue and replacing the screen, he didn't charge me because the repair wasn't able to fully solve the problem. We'll be replacing the iPad, but I really appreciated the effort, professionalism, and kindness he showed throughout the process. I won't hesitate to return for future repairs and recommend The Fix to others. Thanks again!

After researching for while I decided to visit the fix phone repair at Walmart. Galcan was great sweet & nice answer all my questions. And gave me quick lessons in how to take care of my iPhone. She replace the battery very quickly. I’m very satisfied with the work and customer service.

Absolutely best decision i ever made! They were the best price, im so greatful i called around because they charged me half of the first place i called. I will never use anyone else!!

The lady at the counter was extremely personable and helpful. She helped my husband get a new phone and protective case - all at a reasonable price. If I have any issues or questions, I will not hesitate to go back and ask for help. I'm happy to support this small business conveniently located at Walmart.

shes very nice and fix phone fast!!

Great service!

Gulcan was very sweet and considerate to me. Best tech service and very great prices I will definitely come back again. And it only took 15min at most for her to fix.

I came in thinking that the charging port on my iPhone had burnt out and needed to be replaced, and I also needed the back glass on my iPhone replaced. They saw me immediately and gave me a list of possible prices, depending on what exactly was wrong, which I really appreciated. Came back a few hours later to a perfectly repaired phone and a much cheaper bill than I had been expecting as they put in the extra work to determine what was wrong with the charging port and clean out any debris rather than just telling me it was broken and replacing it for full price. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity! Will definitely be bringing my phone here if I need anything repaired again!

Very good work

This place is amazing!! Ask for Gulcan she was so professional and polite and gave me amazing service!!!

CULCAN did a wonderful job on my Samsung phone...this was my 2nd repair at this location.

She was absolutely amazing. Took an S22 that had taken a hard 10ft drop face down onto a concrete surface and screen shattered outwards, and replaced it with a new screen and was in perfect condition in under 2 hours. She does amazing work and I'll use her again for future repairs (if needed) no question !

Highly recommended! Great, quick service for reasonable prices. Would go back for sure.
