We recently visited The Fix inside Walmart to have my daughter's iPad screen replaced. The convenience of being able to shop while the repair was being done was a huge plus. Meric was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Even though he had a few repairs ahead of ours, the turnaround time was only a few hours, which was much faster than another repair shop I've used for years. The price was also considerably lower than what I've paid elsewhere. Unfortunately, the issue ended up being more than just a broken screen. After the replacement, it became clear there was internal damage from years of drops and previous repairs. Meric even tried a second screen to make sure the first replacement wasn't defective before confirming the problem was deeper than the screen itself. I appreciated his honesty, even after spending the time diagnosing the issue and replacing the screen, he didn't charge me because the repair wasn't able to fully solve the problem. We'll be replacing the iPad, but I really appreciated the effort, professionalism, and kindness he showed throughout the process. I won't hesitate to return for future repairs and recommend The Fix to others. Thanks again!

I was greeted warmly by Gulcan who asked me what I needed in a welcoming voice. I told her all I needed was a new screen protector so she got right to work picking out the proper one. She was quick and efficient and in just a couple minutes I had a new screen protector at a price that was about $8.00 cheaper than the one I had gotten previously in another Walmart store. She was absolutely amazing. Took an S22 that had taken a hard 10ft drop face down onto a concrete surface and screen shattered outwards, and replaced it with a new screen and was in perfect condition in under 2 hours. She does amazing work and I'll use her again for future repairs (if needed) no question !

I came in thinking that the charging port on my iPhone had burnt out and needed to be replaced, and I also needed the back glass on my iPhone replaced. They saw me immediately and gave me a list of possible prices, depending on what exactly was wrong, which I really appreciated. Came back a few hours later to a perfectly repaired phone and a much cheaper bill than I had been expecting as they put in the extra work to determine what was wrong with the charging port and clean out any debris rather than just telling me it was broken and replacing it for full price. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity! Will definitely be bringing my phone here if I need anything repaired again!

Highly recommend the Fix. Took my son's Samsung A13 here as the phone lost power and would not turn on. Replaced battery and encountered another small problem. They were able to get his phone up and running to allow us enough time to backup data. She even came in on her day off as the phone turned on we left store and then went off before we got everything backed up. Love the willingness to make it right for the customer. Thank you.
