I called to verify the cost of replacing my charging port for my Samsung 23. I wasn't able to charge my phone four over a month, cord kept falling out. I was given a price of $78 to replace it. Once I got there, the technician Inform me that he did not have that part for my particular phone. Instead of him just saying you can order it and bring it back. He took the time to view my problem. Upon him doing his check, he found out that the port was indeed not broken. It was debris stuck and wedge in the corner, fixing my phone that had been broken for over a month. Causing me not to be able to charge it like it should. The moral of the story is he took the opportunity not to sell me a part that I did not need but doing his job honestly Saving me eighty dollars for unneeded, repair. I would advise anybody who's having phone charging issues or anything other related issue dealing with phone repair. Seek this place for your next, diagnostic or repair, if needed. They definitely went above and beyond. I give them 10 stars. I even tried to give him something for what he did but he declined to charge me anything. So the least I can do is tell my story. Hopefully, this will gain him 100 new customers by just reading this true story.
