I went in and Sohang (I think?) worked on fixing my phone for 2 hours. It was repeatedly restarting and the UI system was slow to respond to commands. He checked the actual hardware and couldn't see any initial problems. He did a lot of troubleshooting and eventually determined that there was an issue either with the batter or screen, though they showed no signs of physical damage. He replaced them and the phone is working good as new again. I appreciated his efforts and honesty. People would come in for specific issues and he had no qualms letting them know they'd be better off buying a new product. He's awesome!
